   MOTION: That full reading of the resolutions and ordinances on the regular agenda of the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority be waived.

   MOTION: That the minutes of the October 26, 2022, regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority be approved as submitted in typewritten form.

   MOTION: That the Board of Directors adopt Resolution No. 2022-20 allowing the Board to hold public meetings solely by teleconference or otherwise electronically pursuant to Government Code 54953(e).
