If you would like to report an emergency animal issue, please contact us at (408) 764-0344. If this is a non-urgent matter, please submit an Online Report. We may also request that you complete an Animal Complaint Form and submit it to our office so we can thoroughly investigate your complaint.

For the following emergency animal related issues in Campbell, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Mountain View or Santa Clara, you MUST CALL (408) 764-0344. Please do not submit an online report.

• An aggressive dog or dangerous animal
• An injured stray or wild animal
• A sick stray or wild animal
• A confined stray animal
• An animal bite

For the following non-emergency animal related issues in Campbell, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Mountain View or Santa Clara you may submit an online report or call us at (408) 764-0344.  Please note you must complete each line in the online report and describe your complaint in detail.  Failure to follow these instructions will result in a service delay.  

• A deceased animal
• A non-urgent humane condition
• An over-the-limit of animals
• A domestic animal allowed to run at large from a known address
• A loose dog currently at large
