Hours and Location
SVACA's Animal Care Center will be closed on November 11, November 28, November 29, December 24, December 25, and December 31, 2024. We will also be closed on January 1, 2025. Animal Control Officers will be available to respond to animal emergencies and can be reached by calling your local police department.
Dispatchers are fielding emergency calls from 8:00am to 5:00pm seven days a week. We do request that general questions be directed to staff@svaca.com as phone calls compromise our ability to help those in need. You may also refer to the services listing on our website. Learn more about the adoption process here.
Our Animal Control Officers will respond to calls in Campbell, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Mountain View, and Santa Clara during regular business hours seven days per week and after hours for emergencies, as always.
