2. Waive full reading of resolutions and ordinances

   MOTION: That full reading of the resolutions and ordinances on the regular agenda of the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority be waived.

3. Board Minutes

   MOTION: That the minutes of the January 12, 2022, special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority be approved as submitted in typewritten form.

4. Resolution No. 2022-2

   MOTION: That the Board of Directors adopt Resolution No. 2022-2 allowing the Board to hold public meetings solely by teleconference or otherwise electronically pursuant to Government Code 54953(e).
