There are several ways you can make a difference and help SVACA help the animals.

Volunteer

Volunteering your time at the Animal Care Center is a truly rewarding experience as you directly help the animals in our care.

Volunteering for the Friends of SVACA offers a variety of fantastic opportunities inside the center and out to help make a difference for all animals in our community.

Foster

Foster Parents are essential to SVACA’s goal of saving as many animals as possible as they often care for animals that cannot be cared for in the center.

Donate

SVACA has several giving options for those who would like to contribute financially. All donations are tax deductible and solely benefit the animals. We also have a Wishlist for those who would like to donate goods.

Events

SVACA holds a variety of events from adopt-a-thons to vaccination clinics. We are always in need volunteers and the public’s support to help ensure they are successful.

Outreach and Education

One of SVACA’s goals is to educate the public about how to be good animal stewards and continue to improve society’s treatment of animals. Our staff and volunteers are available to speak to groups of all ages. We also offer onsite activities and even host birthday parties!
